    a. Reservation Process

    • Confirmation will be sent once payment or deposit is received.

    • Please ensure all provided information is accurate; SerendibWay is not responsible for errors in passenger details, dates, or other booking inputs.

    b. Payments

    • Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

    • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified on our site.

    • Some services may require full or partial payment in advance.

    4. Cancellations and Refunds

    a. By the Traveler

    • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

    • Refunds (if applicable) depend on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

      • More than 30 days: 90% refund

      • 15–30 days: 50% refund

      • Less than 15 days: No refund

    • Certain non-refundable hotel, flight, or partner bookings may not be eligible for any refund.

    b. By SerendibWay

    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or supplier issues).

    • In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

    5. Travel Documents & Requirements

    Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health insurance (if applicable).
    SerendibWay is not responsible for delays, losses, or penalties resulting from incomplete or invalid documents.

    6. Prices and Inclusions

    All prices are based on current rates at the time of publication and may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes, or supplier charges.
    Quoted prices include only the items specified in the package details.

    7. Liability Disclaimer

    SerendibWay acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers.
    We make every effort to ensure quality, but we are not liable for:

    • Loss, injury, accident, or damage caused by third parties

    • Delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or natural disasters

    • Personal loss, theft, or illness during travel

    Travelers are encouraged to obtain adequate travel insurance before departure.
